How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes between 7 to 10 business days depending on your location. For the Edge of Reality series, the artwork is being shipped directly from the artist’s studio in Colombia. Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive an updated notification containing tracking information for your order via Fedex International.

*Due to shipping disruptions caused from COVID-19, please anticipate some orders to be delivered between 3-5 weeks*

Do you take refunds?

We offer refunds only when there is proof of cause for an artwork to be returned such as damage. If you are unsure about our return policy, please get in touch with us at info@theinvisiblerealm.com . We would be more than happy to help with any questions or concerns.

What if my artwork is damaged?

In the extraordinary circumstance that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@theinvisiblegallery.co

We will do our best to replace your artwork where circumstances allow such as remaining editions or will offer you a full refund for the purchase. Please note that if your print arrives damaged, you will be asked to provide sufficient evidence; including but not limited to photographic evidence, videos, written accounts, etc. 

Can I get my artwork framed?

While we do not currently frame artwork at the gallery, we work closely with a wide range of framers and are more than happy to help facilitate your desired framing. Please get in touch at info@theinvisiblegallery.co for a quote. 

Do you provide certificates of authenticity?

Yes, we provide a certificate of authenticity for each piece that is printed on Canvas. For paper editions, the artist signature and number should suffice.
